About Erin Anderson

Erin Anderson is a Realtor® serving Central Contra Costa County, including Concord, Martinez, Pleasant Hill, Walnut Creek, and surrounding communities. A job transfer brought her family to Martinez when she was nine years old, and she’s proudly called it home ever since.

Erin earned her Bachelor’s degree in Economics from CSU, Chico in 2001 and discovered her passion for real estate while working for a local broker during college breaks. After graduation, she spent several years in new home construction, gaining hands-on knowledge of how homes are built from the ground up, insight that continues to benefit her buyers and sellers today.

With deep local roots and over a decade of experience, Erin brings both market strategy and practical perspective to every transaction. She believes buying or selling a home shouldn’t feel overwhelming. Her role is to provide clear guidance, thoughtful planning, and steady communication so clients feel confident every step of the way. Some have even said she made the process fun, which, in real estate, is saying something.

When she’s not working with clients, Erin enjoys time with her husband and two children, traveling (especially anywhere near the beach), cooking, and exploring everything the Bay Area has to offer.
